| Since 2004, the St Peter's Community Grants fund has awarded around £70,000 to local community groups in order to help them run activities benefiting people in St Peter's.
A wide range of of activities can qualify. We have provided money for fun-days, creche costs, music events, training courses and all sort of other things.
Decisions about the grants are made by a trained panel of seven local people, and the grants are currently funded through the profits of the trading activities of St Peter's Partnerships.

In 2009, we also worked in partnership with Greater Manchester Police in a major Participatory Budgeting event that went by the name Up2U. |
